For employees that have achieved academic success, you can show your support by:

• Collect data to determine which actions you’ve taken are most successful in supporting employees
• Promote your existing employer benefits in business and industry networks
• Celebrate employee education attainment milestones (first college class completed, degree completion, etc.) in company or organization newsletters, websites, etc.
• Ensure employees with degrees get listed on C4ME-A’s Degree Monument [link to online registration form]
• Nominate an employee or mentor for a C4ME-A Annual Awards Luncheon award [link to info online]
• Save your place now at the Awards Luncheon [link to Awards Luncheon button – News & Events] – and bring with you one or more employees who are pursuing higher education so they’ll sense the power of a college degree
• Complete the MDF Employers Initiative Needs Assessment
• Complete the C4ME-A Employers Honor Roll application online [link to placeholder for application form]
