Money for College >> Parents as Scholars (PAS)

Gives parents who are eligible for TANF the chance to go to college. If you want help going to school to get a two or four-year college degree, and you already qualify for TANF, you should apply for the Parents as Scholars (PAS) program at the ASPIRE office. PAS is now open to both parents in a two-parent family receiving TANF.
